However, when you do not call to cancel an appointment, you may be preventing another customer from receiving services. All services require a 50% deposit at booking via , , , or Zelle (302-449-2677). Deposit is forfeited if no-show or not rescheduled within 48 hour notice. Please call the Salon if you are delayed for your appointment. If you arrive 15 minutes or more past your scheduled appointment time, we will need to reschedule your appointment and you will be responsible for a $15.00 RE- SCHEDULING FEE. APPOINTMENTS CANCELED WITH LESS THAN A 48 HOUR NOTICE WILL INCUR A $30.00 CANCELLATION FEE. IN DETERMINING COST FOR SERVICE(S), A CONSULTATION IS REQUIRED.
